The project aims at designing the interior of a healthy bar/cafe in Siwa, which is known for its extremely harsh climate. Therefore, specific measurements have to be taken into consideration during the design process, in order to satisfy the users' needs, yet achieve thermal comfort.

A general mood for Siwa was derived, where specific keywords were opted, in order to act as a source of inspiration. These keywords were extracted from the organic desert context of Siwa and its earthy mood and environment.

Some samples for the materials and textures are combined together in the sample board to give a general view of the mood of the interior, where local materials and patterns used in Siwa are used, in order to fit into the context.

The following board shows the furniture selection based on the different zones in the cafe, which were defined for the different types of users.
